Many times the faries and whatnot of the superior race will call upon humans by name or whatever to help them when they cannot do it themselves. The places where you can most likely meet the superiors (when they want to reveal themself to you) are the places reigned by the happiest: Rainbow Realm, Cloud Arena, and Sea Beyond Grasp.
